Re-purpose of a 14,200 SF historic building in busy downtown area. Space was transformed to a restaurant, bar, entertainment area and bowling alley. While not changing the building area, new construction included building height, F.A.R. or setbacks, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, mechanical, and structural modifications with new interior and replacement exterior wall construction.
