COMAL COUNTY ESD 3 – STATION No. 54

Ground up construction of two fire stations under one construction contract, phased one month apart. Both stations are approximately 8,177 SF Fire/EMS stations. Work included site work, utilities, paving, storm drainage, landscape, structural steel, wood and CMU framing, fire safety, alarm and alerting systems, offices, meeting rooms, common day area, kitchen, sleeping units and apparatus bays.
