COMAL COUNTY ESD 4

Ground up construction of 9,735 SF fire and EMS station with offices, living quarters and apparatus bay. Project included challenging grading, civil work and unforeseen below surface site conditions. Paving, site utilities, storm drainage and landscape were included in the work. Building construction included slab on grade, natural stone and metal panel exterior, fire suppression and standing seam metal roof. Schedule was created to allow time for special state required inspections.
