GUADALUPE COUNTY JUSTICE OF THE PEACE – PRECINCT 1 RENOVATION & ADDITION

A 3,833 SF addition and 3,302 SF renovation of the existing Justice of the Peace Precinct 1 facility for a combined total of approximately 7,135 SF. Scope of work included courtroom, Judge’s chambers, jury conference room, constable office, secure/safe storage, clerk and support offices, service counter with ballistic glazing and speak-thru’s, drive-thru service window with ballistic glazing, training room, break room, restrooms, storage and mechanical rooms.
